Use Ctrl instead of ⌘ on Windows. You can also drop images on a panel, or paste them into Uploads. Every upload is kept in Uploads.

Drag a panel by its title bar into a dock, or onto the Dock left / Dock right bar; it snaps in when you let go, and goes back if you let go anywhere else. The title-bar button floats a panel as its own window. Alt-click a title bar to show only that panel.
